Hello, my name is Ozlem Ucar, currently working at Allegiance Real Estate. Dubai real estate has been a part of my life for almost 20 years. I started in this industry long before today’s skyline even existed — even before the Freehold was announced. I’ve watched Dubai grow step by step, from quiet plots of sand to the global city everyone talks about today.
Because I’ve been here since the very beginning, I understand this market not just through numbers, but through experience. I’ve seen price cycles, neighbourhoods rising, investor trends shifting, and the city expanding in ways no one imagined back then. All of this gives me a long-term perspective that I love sharing with my clients.

Dubai off-plan is all about understanding where the market is heading — and I always say, you can’t predict the future unless you know the past.
